What a grand time we had at the Walnut Valley Festival this year, despite the flooding, mud, and relocation of the campgrounds. See highlights from our weekend in the photos below:
We arrived at the festival on Thursday night to perform on Stage 3's Barry Patton and Friends show (with the Byron Berline Band).
Afterward, we caught the late show on Stage 1 - Socks in the Frying Pan. Pretty awesome!
Friday we did a little shopping at Mass Street Music. We named our new addition to the band, Tigger.
Saturday began with a guest performance at Andy May's Acoustic Kids Stage.
Then we ran over to Stage 3 for the New Song Showcase to perform Maggie's winning song - Alexander.
The highlight of the festival was Saturday night's performance on Stage 5.
Because of the flood, the camp stages were moved to the Winfield City Lake, but who could ask for a more beautiful spot to perform. A natural outdoor amphitheatre on the hill with the full moon shining down on us
and a crowd of appreciative listeners to cheer us on. Thanks for your support! It was awesome!
Afterward, we headed over to Stage 11, the Songwriter's Stage where we shared our original music.
And none of this would be possible for us, without the love and support of our mom and dad and grandma and grandpa! Our biggest heartfelt thanks to you! Winfield, we miss you already. Until next year! Happy Winfield!
